Welcome to Providencia!
Anda Di Wata is a small dive school owned by a local and his partner from Switzerland. We love diving and are happy to share this wonderful hobby with fellow divers from all around the world.
We offer different levels of scuba diving whereby we focus on quality and safety. With a capacity of maximum 9 divers for 2 instructors and a divemaster we're happy to guarantee small group sizes.
DIVE
Fundives (certified divers)
COP 350'000
We go out every morning for a two tank boat dive. All of the dive sites are about 5-10 minutes away by boat. We do our best to match up divers by experience and certification levels. The surface interval can be on the boat or at the beach. We're usually back at 12 pm. We donโt offer nightdives.
Singledives COP 250'000
PADI Discover Scuba Diving
COP 350'000
This is not a certification but rather a great way to try scuba before deciding to invest in a open water course. During the whole experience you'll be under the direct guidance of a Padi open water scuba instructor who will make sure you're safe and bring back home some amazing memories.
This program starts with a brief theory class before we take you to the shallow water where you'll practice some basic skills until you feel safe and comfortable under water. After that you're off to your first dive in the ocean to discover Providencias colorful reef at a maximum depth of 12m/40ft.
Padi Open Water Referral COP 800โ000
We are currently not offering the Open Water course due to capacity reasons, but we can conduct the check-out dives for a Referral Course.
The PADI Referral Course allows you to complete the theoretical part and pool exercises of the Open Water course at home or in a dive center of your choice. You can then complete the open water dives with us and get certified. (we only work with PADI)
Padi Advanced Open Water
COP 1โ600โ000
This course helps to build confidence and expand your dive skills through different adventure dives. You'll try out different specialties while gaining experience under the supervision of an open water scuba instructor. The AOW can be completed in 3 days. You'll make 5 dives; one deep dive, one navigation dive plus three other adventure dives.

TEAM
Sandra
Sandra grew up in Switzerland. She first discovered the underwater world in 2012 when she did her open water course in Thailand while traveling. Diving in Providencia changed her life โ she decided to give up her job as nurse in Switzerland and became a Padi open water scuba instructor. Sandra loves to explore the underwater world and bringing it closer to other people. Favorite sites are deep dives like spiral but also shallower ones where thereโs a lot to see.
Halbert
Halbert grew up on the island and knows the sea like the back of his hand. He has been diving all his life, first to fish and later to scuba dive. With his patience and calm way of being he is great in taking away doubts or prejudices divers might have. As an open water scuba instructor, he likes to dive with beginners and is happy to see the smile on their face saying that theyโve overcome their fears and had a good experience. Favorite sites are colorful reef dives where there is a lot of small things to see.
